Well, it depends. I remember I saw some animations that they changed the color of the blood as censorship. You'll end up seeing ridiculous blood such as purple blood etc.
It's been a while so I don't remember which anime, it was... but I think Japanese anime censored it as well in the past.
Alas, the entire 'censorship' is plainly foolish. They try to censor everything and then..., boom, in front of your house, there's a protest with naked clowns. How come none censors them?

I don't remember which anime was it but I think it was with 'cultivation' as the main focus. I found it hilarious as I didn't even place a meaning in the color of blood until someone mentioned it in the comment section. I was like, 'Oh, so that's why the blood's color is strange.' This censoring subject is a big joke in my opinion because they censor these animes/movies etc (which are clearly made for adults) while they don't censor some protests on the streets where people are going out naked for whatever reason.
